Patients

We kindly ask you to bring the following information to the initial appointment:

• Copy of the following blood test results. Note that these must not be older than 6 months by the time you start treatment.

• HBs Ag
• Anti-HBc
• HCV Ab
• Anti - HIV (I+II)
• RPR

• Copy of your blood group and Rhesus factor.  
• Copy of your identity card and/or passport (both sides).

We also recommend you to bring all the blood test results and examinations that you have done so far (i.e. karyotypes, clotting results, etc.) as well as comprehensive reports from previous fertility treatments.

Each partner must bring your documentation.
